Hot Crack Filling

Asphalt cracks are a result of oxidation, drying out, asphalt shrinking, poor installation and the freezing/thawing known to Chicago weather. Proper crack sealing creates a seal between asphalt and the asphalt sub-surface to prevent these cracks and prevent extensive repairs to the asphalt.

A thorough routing of cracks prior to sealing provides a clean, uniform reservoir for the crack sealant to seat correctly while distributing the proper amount to every crack for maximum bonding to the sidewall of the crack.

Hot rubberized crack filling has a reputation for having the lowest failure rate of the methods used to repair cracks, which is why it is used by Patriot Maintenance, Inc.
